Mr. Osborn, and his former firm, Beatie and Osborn LLP, were lead counsel in the United States action. United States and Canadian cases settled for $85 million Canadian.

In re Shopping.com, Inc.

Mr. Osborn, and his former firm, Beatie and Osborn LLP, were co-lead counsel in this securities class action against an Internet shopping Web site. The case settled for $4.5 million.  
Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc.

Mr. Osborn, and his former firm, Beatie and Osborn LLP, were lead counsel for Hayes Lemmerz shareholders. The Firm obtained a recovery of $4.25 million.

Mr. Osborn, and his former firm, Beatie and Osborn LLP, were co-lead counsel. The case settled for $3.1 million in cash plus 4,000,000 shares in CyberCare stock.

Quintiles
No. 02 CVS 5348 
State of North Carolina/County of Durham 
General Court of Justice/Superior Court Division
On October 13, 2003, the founder of Quintiles made an offer to take Quintiles private for $11.25/share. Mr. Osborn, and his former firm, Beatie and Osborn LLP, filed a lawsuit shortly thereafter challenging the price. The offer was rejected and a new offer was extended for $14.50/share, including options. The new price resulted in an additional $385 million for shareholders

The people of France gave the Statue to the people of the United States over one hundred years ago in recognition of the friendship established during the American Revolution. Over the years, the Statue of Liberty's symbolism has grown to include freedom and democracy as well as this international friendship.
